I've burned DVD-Rs for friends of films I got from the IA, but since blank discs are so cheap (I usually get Verbatim DVD-Rs from Best Buy at 50 discs for $12.99 or less), I don't bother to charge. I generally get something from them in return, like a free lunch or a magazine or a piece of artwork (from artist pals). It works out.

Same here. I usually just give them away. Cheap disks, not much time/effort to burn (I just scribble the title on the DVD face). Sometimes they give me blanks in return, but usually it's gratis.

Heck yeah, it's worth it to see the grin on my friends faces when I hand them a DVD-R of some old movie. And I love it when they follow that with, "Let's do lunch! My treat!" Maybe I should wear a cardboard sign: "Will Burn PD Movies For Food!" ;)
